Database Connection Error

Could not connect to the database: Named Pipes Provider: Could not open a connection to SQL Server [2].

If checked on V6 connector

This can be checked in two places, SQL Server Configuration Manager or Services (through Control panel or Task Manager)

To fix this go to Start/Micrsoft SQL Server 2008 R2/ConfigurationTools/SQL Server Configuration Manager the click on the SQL Server Servicesbelow and make sure it is running.

or use attached file to restart.
