This error can come up when trying to open AiQ, 



Login failed for user 'v6user'. 

Cannot open database "ALSPEC_IQ" requested by the login, The login failed.

In this case this was just after the database had been restored onto a new install of V6 but the second step had been missed.


After you restore the database you must also Initialise the database.


Once this is done AiQ should now open with an issue.

Note; this error has come up at other times when the database has not been restored in this case the below fix was used


Had to do restart of computer, then ran -REGV6SERVER as admin in shortcut. This fixed the below issue.


Customer not used V6 for a while and now gets the below errors when try to open V6?
