If the deployment platform update is interrupted it will request a backup be restored before continuing, if the update is manually done you may keep getting the below message after the database has been updated.
V6 is checking for the below file and if it is still there you will get the above message, as long as the V6 database is updated and running fine the below file can be deleted to stop the message coming up.
